Representation and Defense in Court

The Advocate Bureau of Olena Busol provides effective representation of your interests in court hearings, working toward the most favorable possible outcome.

Victim

A victim in criminal proceedings may be:

• a natural person who has suffered moral, physical, or property damage as a result of a criminal offense;
• a legal entity that has suffered property damage as a result of a criminal offense;
• as well as a bond issue administrator who, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets,” acts in the interests of bondholders who have suffered property damage as a result of a criminal offense.

Representative of the Victim

A victim in criminal proceedings may be represented by a representative — a person who has the right to act as defense counsel in criminal proceedings.

A legal entity that is a victim may be represented by its head, another person authorized by law or by the entity’s constituent documents, an employee of the legal entity acting under a power of attorney, or a person who has the right to act as defense counsel in criminal proceedings.

Legal Representative of the Victim

If the victim is a minor or a person who has been declared legally incapable or with limited legal capacity in accordance with the procedure established by law, their legal representative is involved in the procedural action together with them.

Advocate’s participation in a court hearing — UAH 3,500.

For military personnel and pensioners, the fee may be reduced by up to 50%.
