Advocate service fees for individuals in 2026
The standard timeframe for completing one client assignment is up to 5 days. Urgent assignments are completed within 1 day and are charged at double the standard rate.
The advocate begins work after full payment for the assignment has been received.
The fees listed in this Price List are indicative. The advocate’s fee is determined individually, taking into account the complexity or public significance of the case, the advocate’s qualifications and experience, current workload, the time required to complete the assignment, urgency, the number and complexity of documents to be reviewed, the client’s financial capacity, the client’s status as a regular client of the Advocate Bureau, the region where legal assistance is provided, and other relevant criteria.
In addition to fixed fees for specific types of legal assistance, the client and the advocate may agree on an hourly fee or a success fee.
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Clients who require round-the-clock legal support — including unlimited SMS replies at any time, email responses, or urgent communication via other messengers — may pay an additional UAH 2,000 per month.
Legal assistance is provided free of charge to members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Persons with disabilities receive a 50% discount.
